Eurispes Italy report presented in Rome

Unione/Divisione  – Cura/Incuria – Concentrazione/Distribuzione – Scelta/Obbligo – Speranza/Rinuncia – Agio/Disagio

EU/EN - On Thursday, May 29, at 11:00 a.m., at the Conference Room of the National Central Library of Rome in Viale Castro Pretorio 105, the Italy 2025 Report, the traditional annual event of the Institute, will be presented. The Report, which this year reaches its 37th edition, has become, over time, a popular point of reference for scholars, institutions, the information system and international observers. By methodological choice, the Report is built each year around six dichotomies, illustrated through as many essays accompanied by sixty phenomenological cards. Therefore, with a dual and contrasting reading of reality, themes that the Institute considers representative, even if not exhaustive, of the current political, economic and social situation of our country are addressed. The thematic dichotomies identified for the Italy 2025 Report are: Union/Division – Care/Neglect – Concentration/Distribution – Choice/Obligation – Hope/Renunciation – Ease/Discomfort To enrich the Report, the sample surveys that, in this year's edition, have explored some of the themes traditionally observed by Eurispes: trust in institutions; political participation; opinion on ethical issues; Italianness; anti-Semitism; the economic situation of families and consumption; the use of new technologies; eating habits; the relationship with the animal world and numerous other highly topical contents. The event can be followed live on the home page of our website and on the social channels of the Eurispes Institute.
