Von der Leyen visits the Western Balkans

Sono previsti 6 miliardi di euro dal Piano per la crescita dei Balcani occidentali

EN - Ursula von der Leyen is visiting the Western Balkans, from Wednesday 23 until Saturday 26 October. The meetings are within the framework of the opening of all clusters (negotiations) by the end of 2025. Von der Leyen brings the 6 billion euros envisaged by the Plan for the growth of the Western Balkans (Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia), as approved on 23 October by the Commission, the national reform agendas . The disbursement of the funds will serve to stimulate the economy and promote the convergence of the six partners in the area, as promised last 14 October at the Berlin summit by von der Leyen herself.

 

IT - Ursula von der Leyen è in visita nei Balcani occidentali, da mercoledì 23 fino a sabato 26 ottobre. Gli incontri sono nel quadro di apertura di tutti i cluster (dei negoziati, ndr) entro la fine del 2025. 

Von der Leyen porta in dote i 6 miliardi di euro previsti dal Piano per la crescita dei Balcani occidentali (Albania, Bosnia-Erzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia del nord, Montenegro e Serbia), come da approvazione del 23 ottobre da parte della Commissione, delle agende di riforme nazionali . L’erogazione dei fondi servirà per stimolare l’economia e promuovere la convergenza dei sei partner dell’area come promesso da Von der Leyen lo scorso 14 ottobre al summit di Berlino.

Previsti incontri in ognuno dei sei Paesi dei Balcani Occidentali della Presidente Von der Leyen coi leader istituzionali nazionali. In Albania con il premier Rama (23 ottobre) e il presidente Begaj (24 ottobre) poi in Macedonia del Nord a Skopje, colloqui con il premier Mickoski e la presidente Siljanovska-Davkova. A Sarajevo in Bosnia Erzegovina, incontro con la premier Krišto e la presidenza tripartita del Paese (composta da  BećirovićCvijanović e Komšić). Venerdì (25 ottobre) incontro in Serbia, a Belgrado, di von der Leyen con il presidente serbo Vučić e il premier Vučević. In Kosovo sabato (26 ottobre) a Pristina, colloquio con la presidente Osmani e il primo ministro Kurti. Ultima tappa a Podgorica in Montenegro insieme al premier Spajić e al presidente Milatović.
