Il cancelliere tedesco Olaf Scholz ha dichiarato che la situazione resta «molto difficile» aggiungendo che si sta lavorando «per una soluzione politica, ma dobbiamo prepararci anche nel caso di un’eventuale aggressione militare». La Casa Bianca ha approvato il piano per l’evacuamento dei cittadini americani in caso di invasione, mentre Londra ha inviato aiuti militari a Kiev.
