Next Generation Eu: raccolti sul mercato altri 9 miliardi di Euro

L'obiettivo è arrivare a 80 miliardi entro fine 2021.

La Commissione europea ha finora raccolto 54 miliardi di euro nell'ambito di Next Generation Eu. L'obiettivo è arrivare a 80 miliardi entro l'anno. L’ultima transazione, la quarta, in ordine di tempo è stata effettuata il 4 settembre raccogliendo sul mercato 9 miliardi di euro con l'emissione di un bond a 7 anni con scadenza 4 ottobre 2028. 
Johannes Hahn, commissario europeo per il Bilancio, ha sottolineato in una nota come l'interesse degli investitori per "l'obbligazione sottoscritta, oltre 11 volte l'obiettivo" con un eccesso quindi "di 103 miliardi di euro" dimostra che la “storia dei prestiti per la ripresa dell'Europa" è un successo che continua.
