"Un club delle materie prime critiche" questa la definizione che sta a monte di una proposta strategica della presidente Von der Leyen che, parlando a

"Un club delle materie prime critiche" questa la definizione che sta a monte di una proposta strategica della presidente Von der Leyen che, parlando il 4 dicembre al Collegio d'Europa a Bruges, ha fatto riferimento alla urgente necessità di un maggiore coordinamento operativo tra Unione europea e Stati Uniti per superare il monopolio nella "produzione e la lavorazione di alcune delle materie prime critiche per la rivoluzione verde" che "sono controllate da un unico Paese, la Cina."

Il passaggio sulle materie prime è parte integrante di un lungo discorso agli studenti del College che ha toccato anche i punti della necessità di rivedere i quadri normativi sugli aiuti di stato nei settori produttivi strategici europei decisivi per gli obiettivi di transizione verde dell'Unione.
